Founder Dean Hammond spent years building a hands-on electrical career and business. After a period of relentless work and burnout, he began looking for a different way to live and connect.
Yoga in Marlow became a place of calm, friendship and belonging. When the studio that held that community closed, he set out to help keep it together.
Flow grew from a simple idea: people should have somewhere they can feel welcome, connected and free to begin again.

03
Flow became a permanent space for movement, breath, stillness and belonging.
